Cancellation Policy

To help protect our income and manage our schedule more effectively, we are reinforcing our cancellation policies. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation.

24-HOUR NOTICE REQUIRED

We have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy in place. If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

DEPOSITS FOR LATE CANCELLATIONS

Moving forward, if you cancel your appointment within 24 hours, a 50% deposit will be required for rescheduling.

NO-SHOWS AND DAY-OF CANCELLATIONS

If you cancel on the same day or fail to show up for your appointment, a 100% deposit will be required to book any future appointments, unless the appointment is rebooked for a later date.
