What is holistic beauty?
Holistic Beauty is an all-encompassing approach to a healthy mind, body, and soul which will ultimately result in healthier radiant skin.
I’m passionate about holistic beauty because I truly believe our appearance outside is connected with what happens inside of us, which means that beauty is more than skin deep.
Our real beauty comes out by nurturing what is on the inside, and it shows in our mood, vitality, and radiance.
Holistic beauty to me also means a natural approach to skincare using non-toxic products and aging gracefully.
At Bloom I believe it’s about enhancing the existing beauty and supporting clients to bloom with life and bloom with beauty.
How to achieve Holistic Beauty?
1. Get beauty sleep!
2. Eat a balanced and healthy diet. Be mindful when you’re eating, notice the colours and textures of your food.
3. Drink lemon water to help flush toxins from the body.
4. Take a recommended supplement. My favourite at the moment is the Osmosis regenerate liver and collagen renewal. This supplement promotes liver and collagen repair, to reveal healthy, more radiant skin.
5. Wear sunscreen every single day! I can’t stress this enough!
6. Meditate. Meditation is like a magic pill for your busy mind and a beautiful practice to connect with your deepest self.
7. Walk in nature. Smell the flowers. Dig your toes in the sand. Hug a tree!
8. Talk to someone. Having a heartfelt conversation with someone you trust helps to regulate your emotions.
Learning how to cultivate beauty within ourselves by making our mind, body & soul healthy improves our overall wellness. This results in us being truly confident in our own skin which develops overall beauty and happiness.
